Ordering

Retail orders may be placed using our online shopping cart. We do not accept orders via telephone, fax, email, or postal mail. Do not send credit card information to us via email. We reserve the right to refuse any order at any time.

Method of Payment

Our online store currently accepts payment via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. COD orders and purchase orders are not accepted.

Credit Card Transactions

For credit card orders, the correct credit card billing address must be provided to avoid complications with your order. If your credit card transaction is not authorized for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notification. In such an event, it will be your responsibility to sort out the issue with your financial institution. You may replace your order once the issue is resolved.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be applied to orders with shipping addresses in the state of Texas.

International Orders

If you are ordering from outside the United States, your country may charge additional duties and taxes. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and we cannot predict nor control what the associated charges will be. You will be responsible for paying any additional charges. Your order may also be subject to opening and inspection upon arriving in your country. When ordering goods from overseas, the recipient is considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are received. Contact your local customs office for further information.

All sales are final.

Processing Time

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Shipping transit time will depend upon the location of the shipping address and the service selected.

Notification

You will receive an email notification, at the email address provided with your order, when your order is shipped. A tracking number will be provided for services that include this feature.

Domestic Shipping

All U.S. orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service. Rates will be calculated based on your total package weight, shipping destination, and package dimensions. A nominal handling fee will be charged to help offset the cost of packaging materials.

International Shipping

International orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service. Rates will be calculated based on your total package weight, shipping destination, and package dimensions. A nominal handling fee will be charged to help offset the cost of packaging materials. We will not accept orders from countries that do not appear on the drop-down list during checkout.

Items Damaged During Shipping

We are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping.

We do not store any of your credit card or banking information on our site. When you place an order, the payment portion of the transaction takes place on PayPal’s website and is subject to the security practices therein.
